Staged Skills is the Org Training arm of CATCh
Co-founded in 2016 by Abigail Head, the Comedy Arts Theater of Charlotte (CATCh) has grown into CLT’s largest and most prolific home for improv, stand-up, and more!
Abby has a career as an I.T. professional that spans over 30 years, including her most recent stint as the Product Owner for TicketLeap. She serves as the Executive Director for CATCh.

CATCh entertains over 2,500 audience members each year in their independently-owned black box theater in Charlotte’s Lower Southend neighborhood. In addition, CATCh trains nearly 200 students each year in the art of improv. The theater was a 2025 City of Charlotte “31 Days of Biz” honoree
